The dramatic continuation of the 2009 - 2010 Season in Review for the Carolina Hurricanes continues now...

For this episode, we pick things back up in December. December saw Cam Ward return from his injury, a trade for a guy named Juri Tlusty, some Canes named to Olympic rosters and two Hurricanes headed to Philly in Kevin McCarthy and Michael Leighton. The spotlight game for this month was Tim Gleason's first game against Alex Ovechkin since the nasty kneeing penalty where then get's 30 stitches and scores the goal of the year all in the same night.

For January, we look back at the story of the season with Eric Staal becoming the fifth Captain in our franchise. This month saw good play from the Canes as they went 9-5 as well. Our spotlight game is a win in Atlanta - Staal's first game with the C.

February was a short month but saw Nic Wallin and Matt Cullen sent out of town and the debut of a young goalie named Justin Peters. Our spotlight game is a win on Long Island as Peter's makes his NHL debut stopping 34 of New York's 35 shots on him.

And a special moment for this show - the Bryan Hoyle mispronunciation of the season.
